I enjoyed your Post and you would have fun here at our place where PC is shrugged off like a coat and boots in the mud room before you come inside.

It's a product take too far by the Media always looking for a new sensation.

I have noticed a lot of anger, too. In particular, it seems that political discourse has given way to anger. That is why Trump, Carson and Sanders have polled as well as they have.

And Trump certainly matches the anger. Sanders does, too, but unlike Trump, he does not target individuals, speaking more in general terms (billionaires) and not personally attacking his political opponents. Of course, if one looks at Sanders's supporters, one sees a ton of anger directed at everyone not affiliated with him. Carson does keep things civil, although his supporters have anger, too.

That is interesting about "Don't tread on me."

Krisles

An excellent, thoughtful post, and I'm saying that not only because you, unlike others, clearly understand what I was getting at in my post, LOL...And you're quite correct, of course, in linking our 'Muslim problem' to the 'PC syndrome' that has afflicted our Western world. But, and interestingly, I see PC losing its grip in some parts of Europe - partly as a result of ithe drastic impact of the 'Muslim problem's' reality, and reality can be a great teacher...
