Re: Baby Birds

Going to be a great-grandmother soon.  Will be interesting to see the result.  We know she will be a girl. I don't think of myself as much of a mother...not good at regurgitating things.  Spent time lately on ancestry.  Even did the DNA thing.  I am 90% British; 8 % Irish and 2% Western European.  I was disappointed as I wanted to be 100% Cherokee Indian.

🚀It’s all as the leaves, both a festival and a lullaby in spirit, living among dead leaves and lively decorations and celebrations. It’s climate change emotionally. BC-A, Bill’s Roost

I guess this is a good enough warning, Jackie . It does not make me feel that I want to put my arm around the post-woman. I do read you poems at times, but in the summer I hardly get time to even think of an astute reply. If you were on here, but  lifelines are so frail. Guess what I saw a young pigeon being fed by its mother today. First the hen bird pecked up food that I had put out and then she flew up to the late fledged youngster and regurgitated the contents of her crop into her offspring.

Re: A Warning For Lovers

Thanks, FormerStudentIntern.  Always appreciate a kind response or even an unkind one as being read is my current goal.
