Everyone deserves a second chance...some use it and some abuse it....thankfully your crew was using theirs!

Well it surprising what a motely crew will do when the Boss has had experience. I don't quite know if they would qualify for indoor renovations, but maybe that is being a bit hard on the chaps. Your place not mine.

Sharp as a tack, that's our Pat and willing to give a seconchance. Can't be a bigger asset that that. Proud of you and the work is done and it really didn't cost a bundle.
Re the Gnome...get one luv to go with all the brightening up of the house. They are a lot of fun. If you can mamage a work gang of former cons all wanting a second chance. You can manage a cheeky Gnome!!

Sometimes a person just needs a second chance. Bravo to you for giving him that, and bravo to him for keeping his word. Seems he is also helping out others that may need a second chance....

Well, I'm sure glad everything turned out alright after all! And I even learned something new: GQ? never heard of it before! Shows you how much I know about contemporary lingo, what with my nose buried in 'forgotten' English, LOL...
