I bowed out from going. I roasted my large pan of prepared veggies, and I've been eating on them ever since. I just love roasted veggies. The roasting brings out the flavor of each so much that nothing else is even needed. I keep waiting to find fresh cranberries at the store. I love a handfull of those added to the mixture.

In our area, I think so many people are tired because we have rarely seen the sun as of late. Those overcast, rainy days can be quite the drag.

I think it is the season Taps we should all crawl under the bedclothes and wake in the spring. Always keep two matchsticks handy to prop your eyes open.
