I need to hire one of those compurgators to approach my neighbor's house from time to time and tell him to douse the lights. Humongous kitchen light in his house lights my kitchen 2 doors north of his, and I've gone in to turn off the light over the stove any number of times because his are so bright. Not a soul stirring in his kitchen, but the lights are on until the wee hours... I think they must all get drunk and pass out watching the game in the TV room and forget the kitchen and back yard festival lights are on.

I suppose if they said they were going to Church they were treated kindly. I suspect if some saw one coming they did a runner.
