Life is but a stage - is it not all an illusion, on either side of the line? I've seen people suffer through migraines, it's pure torture. As is the way our bodies react to ingested spoiled food.

Shall we throw the mice out as well Kabu? No honestly Arthur is so fussy our stuff gets thrown out on 'Best before date.' We never buy cut meat, although I did get some free-range chicken top of legs today. PS I don't like to mention th****.

Yes Taps I think that stuff should be washed more throughly than just a swish under the Tap. I always treat grapes with baby bottle lotion, I swill them off afterwards.

Perhaps Kat we are not immune so much as we once were. Yes I think it take a lot of effort to accustom oneself to a new way of life, it is surprising what holds one back.

These days one has to be careful about what they eat. There is in several places in the U.S. including Kansas City an epidemic of shigellosis of the type that is resistant to antibiotic. They think it is from unclean fresh salad greens made into salads and sandwiches.

go through your fridge and freezer and throw out everything that is a bit old. Plus change the shop where you are buying cut meats. You deserve to look after your selves.
