I've heard of scammers doing this...so be careful and check the BBB and his licensing. Make sure you verify his insurance coverage as well.

Happy birthday Pat ,Happy happy, birthday I decided to skip mine this year as I thought I was the new age for the last few months. It would improve the look if you are still thinking of of the possibility of moving. Try and get a good quote, don't be a push over.
