I've always enjoyed my weekends, even though I've worked plenty of them too. It is lovely to be needed, but boy oh boy, it is even lovlier to sit and sip that coffee in peace and solitude!

I don't think we should count age now Pat just float along not giving a damn. Well unless some young 60 year old tries chatting me up. That does still make me sweat a little.

Time does go on, doesn't it? However, strangely enough, even though my week is far less structured (indeed, sometimes completely unstructed, LOL), for me Friday night is still the high point of the week, to be celebrated with at least one FNM (Friday Night Martini), LOL...The most boring and even depressing time of the week? For me it has always been Sunday afternoon and evening, and even that hasn't changed...

Darling Pat....
and a very young and vital still involved with life eighty too. But yes, the time to smell the roses part of life has come and every minute, every sip of coffee has to be enjoyed.
