So glad that the repairs are done and the color is as you prefer. Take it slow getting it finished.

Happy you got the paint shaded as you need it, every time you write about that deck I have the new paint to fix my terrible last job on the deck, maybe get at it tomorrow if it doesn't rain. Have a happy day Sis.

Well, it's good Joe got 'er done, LOL...As to Bill H., the only sure thing against recidivism in criminals is old age; the problem is that 'old age' occurs at different times in different people! I have seen people who were 'old' in their forties, and others who were 'young' in their eighties...
