when it crashes like Monday just stay strong and don't watch. The companies are sound, and are paying dividends so just put your head in the sand and when you pull it out they will be rising.

I've always had the mindset that it's all a crapshoot - I don't expect it to be anything else and I'm not willing to put in the effort to learn enough to become an expert to try to change the odds.
