It is nice to read of courtship no matter the era...Reading this is at a fitting time because the Maryland State Fair, which as I recall, your sister lives close to, starts next week.

Look how everyone dressed in their very best and how handsome the men were and pretty the girls. Love ay first sight, and at the fair....isn't it how it is supposed to happen in a book? True life , better than fiction.
