It is a massive problem Pat. Unless money is put into solving it nothing will change, the children grow up just trying to beat the system. Mind we have our own problem with immigrants pouring into the country and I expect nearly all are penniless.

I respect your reality and appreciate your solutions. Its tough for me to understand such problems that exist in what I have always thought of as the greatest Country on earth. One has to tidy up at home don't they to be that!
