I've only road the ferry once...it was a nice change from the air polution and traffic jams

Well Pat you just made me fancy a peach ice-cream. Most of the older folk get free transport here on the buses, so I guess one could ride around all day if one wished.

You are remembering Seattle when the air was clear and sweet...
I hope when I am there in August that it will be that way.
We used to ride the ferries hither and yon as the cheapest entertainment around.
