There was mention of Jimmy Carter but they wrote that he wasn't because of how he created jobs etc....

I would have thought Jimmy Carter. I rarely hear anyone say good things about him.

that's true justi....there are several articles written about him being the worst by different people...historians were polled about him as well....it was almost unanimous
