Re: Annicita
Avocado and artichoke are not on my list of things that I have on hand at the moment. But, I will be stocking up again. I love stuff like that.

Most of that sounds very good and healthy. I guess you would stick the hemp in some
brownies for dessert. Have a good night.

Eat plenty of Garlic Taps and you won't need to worry, folk won't get up close to see how you look.

Re: Re: Naut
I wouldn't know, TAPS - I have never eaten hemp. I've smoked it though, but I quit when I gave up smoking altogether, LOL...

Coldest July 8 EVER here in happyduckland...
Perfect day for lentil soup, meatloaf and baked potatoes. Lentil soup is crockpotting for supper, a wonderful warm fragrance for a cold rainy day...

Re: Naut
A little at a time please. I just had the nice crisp apple, and green tea with the juice of a lemon added. The broccoli, kale, onion and garlic will come a little bit later. And, since it is so cold here today, it is a good day to bake biscuits to go with it. What do you know about eating hemp? I've not dealt with that before.

Well - I would suggest 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup of kale, add 1 apple, a few slices of onion and a clove of garlic into the blender, add the juice of 1/2 lemon and two or three cups of green tea, blend well, add S & P to taste and you've got a healthy drink to drive away the snakes, LOL...For lunch I just had 1/3 of a cuke, shredded coarsely, added to 1 cup of fat-free Greek yoghurt, 2 t of ground cumin and a bit of salt! For supper I think I'll add an avocado to whatever, just to keep trhe snakes at bay...
