Reading your entry reminds me how interesting physics is. There is a whole lot to it.

I do remember learning about some of this in the past and I took out a book of mine

on Physics by Albert Einstein and Leopold Infeld. Maybe I can keep up with class this

way. Looking forward to more.

naut

well if your saying we cannot tell the earth is spinning and if it stops everyone would know at the same time then i guess i understand.  i for one do not think our place in the universe is special but then i do not believe the universe is special or the people in it.

Love it....You had me thinking about moving along in the sky on an International flight. If there is no turbulence or turning, one can feel that they are not moving at all. Just sitting there waiting for the World to turn until one's destination is reached yet one is trvelling very fast actually.

That "special place" is only special to us.
Really good post and fun read.

Well I have always known when we were moving Naut in a train, but I suppose we are moving so quickly in the universe spinning etc. It makes one feel quite amazed.

I've found that the laws of physics come into play the most

forcefully - and at their frustrating peak - on the road. there's always some idiot in heavy traffic who suddenly remembers he needs to switch lanes and - with total disregard for principles of bodies in motion or dark matter or any predictable outcome - he will dart into that half-sized gap front of you without so much as the blink of a turn signal..
