I like this as well!
And as to your comment on my haiku - you know the structure, of course - 3 lines in a 5-7-5 syllable sequence. To me, a haiku (plural is haiku, not haikus) is distilled poetry - I begin with a complex picture or thought and try to bring out the essence without losing it...

Nice little moody poem V. I wish you could have entered a line to soothe black. Although I know what you mean . This is a poem I would keep and then work more into it one day. It deserves the effort.

I like this one. Do you play those instruments? I grew up with Kansas City Jazz. My dad loved it and made it a part of my listening habits.
