I see her going through the ciry cleaning up the violence and corruption...yes i do like just desserts but I lean towards cleaning Lady. It would make an excellent TV series.

The thing about Batman...
or any vigilante--you have to hope and pray he is on your side.
In fact, your Cleaning Lady would be a great new comic book superhero. she could even wear a little cape, like the WW1 nurses wore. You wouldn't have to draw the art, but think of it and write it in 'story-board' form: visuals with dialogue, a scene at a time. Then an artist could collaborate on the graphics.
