I told them in an email I would not be back to work until I receive my back pay. It's not enough for me that they say they submitted them.

No one has any sense of fair play anymore...They screw you, you should be able to at least make life tough for them.

Maybe you should take a couple of your sons with you a pay a litte visit in person..just saying...

I once went to a bank when I needed a small credit card....they said I didn't qualify as my income was a single parent pension. I got a chair and say outside the managers office until he personally gave me the card.

A friend needed financial help after her husband deserted her in England and she was getting nowhere. She took a sleeping bag and a small gas stove and stuff and set up camp in the office. She got help immediately.
