I know it has to be discouraging to keep bringing this information and not get as much passion in the responses...even to the point of having some want to just turn their backs and go count butterflies. And, that is a personal choice we each have to make. But, I know that you, with your passion for and knowledge of history....are "preaching" because of that maxim of old about those who do not learn being doomed....and we have certainly had many an example to learn from of when the signs were quite loud and clear....and yet the general populace did not want to deal with it....did not want to believe it.....did not want to see the dirty details, talk about them, believe them. It isn't pretty, it isn't nice, it isn't pleasant...it's far easier to believe that this is happening to others, that it won't come to our shores, to our homes, won't affect our loved ones and ruin our way of life and that of our descendents - that's what happens that gives them the edge.
And I just don't believe God intended us to just sit here and let those beasts do their dirty work and turn a blind eye and spout pious platitudes at the same time...sorry but that's how it sounds. All the while Naut the atheist is sounding the battle cry....and whether you agree with everything he posts here or not....if you don't see that the general gist of it is right on....well, I pity the blindness in your soul and in your attitude....for it is that blindness and that attitude that paves the way for them. I guess that is what has set off this rant because I have myself and my loved ones living on that road, too.
