I thought I had left a comment yesterday, but I must have pressed the wrong button...I love the way you often get neat bits of biography and history into your posts, and I hope of course that whatever ails you will be taken care of quickly by the 'new' doc...

I can so see you as a little girl....you are cut from the same cloth as a friend I once worked with, Wendy. I can so see her making those same pronouncements as a little girl, full of vim and vigor and all the answers....with not a clue of things to come. Hope you feel full of both again soon.

LOL...you were just a little kid and Kudos to your Mama that she didn't burden you with things that could terrify a child helpless to do anything about what was going on in the World. She may have appeared a tough Mom but she sure loved and protected her brood of Chicks.
