if no one is willing to step forward your health is the most important on the agenda. It could take a break if it had to. You have to take care of you.

If I were to take any kind of a responsibility, now, that required steady attendance and preparation, I would have to have a really good sub that could be depended on. I've always been prompt, prepared and regular in attendance all of my life, but now I just can't count on me.
