Amazingly, as I age I don't seem to need beans for that form of energy....my body is a very efficient converter of about anything I eat!

Ah the beans I love real true American home made beans...in austrlia only from a tin....but they do have a tendecy to blow me East to the Atlantic Coast if I over do them.
