Sounds to me like you have really overdone it. Are you using hot and cold packs and taking Tylenol or is it more serious and you should be in hospital. Getting worried here. Sending hugs and positive vibes.

So sorry to hear you're not well. I hope it's nothing more than the aftermath of your efforts at landscaping...And I also hope you have some Bushmills around to dull the pain...
