You were not good husband material at that time V. She in her mind was probably weighing up the time she was losing in the maternity stakes. This sort of emotion can be a killer for men, women by necessity have to squirm and wriggle free, one way is to have a row and cry the pain out.

It's true....timing is everything and it can make you crazy when you think about it...but, it is what it is. It sounds like she should have realized she couldn't change you and that you were too young...and that you were too young and having issues I'm still not quite clear on. I find it interesting, though, that 20+ years later you still refer to her as Mrs. Right so you've carried the torch for a really long time for this woman...or so it would seem. Of course - oops, of coarse
- this is called the whole story so perhaps I'm getting ahead.

trouble was at that age, she wanted a man to settle down with and gegin adult life, you were younger, on your own and wanted to play. Timing is so important in relationships.
