The thing that gets me is that it seems most developed countries have some kind of
quota now a days. Like colleges and universities, 8% of these people and 10% of
them. And yes, the pc gets a little sickening at times.

It is Western civilization marching backwards...like some twisted and warped dream....or a movie we watched when we were in college about a future so unreal some would classify it as scifi, only now it is front page news. I almost wonder if many folks aren't reacting like they do about personal health issues....if they ignore all the signs they can pretend it isn't happening.
