But when you're a manager, you usually are salaried... except for the bottom rung jobs....assistants in restaurants, coffee houses, smaller retail outlets.

yes I hear it from all over...and if the republicans and business fortune 500 have their way we won't get overtime any more either

An interesting fact that I have seen happening for the last 10 years or so but that is a very small number of people to have surveyed.
