I am very curious to see where this goes. I was aware that Europe's birthrates are low but did not realize that they were that low.

Pertaining to this post in general. Many blame Japan's economical fall in the last 20 yrs.

to low birth rates, aging pop. and stringent immigration policies. I don't believe any

country should have to take in large amounts of immigrants in order to achieve

economic goals. Revamp welfare systems to minimal standards. And economists need

an updated approach of their infinite growth plan. As far as the pop. growth in the two

groups you described. Education would help deter growth rates but their is there is also

religious beliefs involved. And of course poverty, not having the access to contraceptives

.... Too much to list at one time.
