I posted a recipe for cabbage soup which I make once a week and alternate with beans, lentil and veggies soup.

I come from a long-time cabbage family.  I would hate to do without it.

Not really a cabbage girl, I prefer brussel sprouts which are healthy and nutritious if they are fresh.
