The gov't, lawyers and even those banks love to convolute any process so that the average lay person has no way of understanding the process, terminology or mountain of paperwork required.

My dear little bro...I hope your Beloved is prepared for constantly having to squeeze her knees as Mother Nature continues her unfair prejudice against the ladies....you are so dang funny I just almost can't stand it and not on here enough.....but I'm past giving the government and all their regulated bureaucracies the benefit off the amount of good intentions or the typical Peter Principle effect that you do - I think they're still cramming too many jobs in most areas, hiring too many incompetent folks, have too many unnecessary and un-reviewed by public 'speaking and brained' people policies (say that real fast 3x). Which is why I've never had the energy to even refinance my 6+%!LOL....One of your best!
