Enjoyed this post, pr5obably totally agree with the last part if I really knew your country.
Enjoyed the first part as well...I am probably a different type, an odditie. LOL. I can be an outie...with just one person but but am no good at large parties. I have no small talk and am amazed watching people chatter away about nonsense very comfortably. Then I can disappear within myself and just watch other folks.

It is interesting to read about the differences between the "Inie" and the "Outie." I feel right now that people are tied up with issues that while important, there are other bigger issues that need to be addressed first.

Excellent rant! I guess I'm both - an 'Outie' when it comes to the Middle East and nuclear stuff, but when CCT is talking about flowers and other greenery, I'm definitely an 'Inie'! Of course some people are 'Outies' even when they don't know what they're talking about...
