Yes, that doesn't seem fair, to make you wait for so long. You did your part by giving as much advanced notice as possible. It would be nice to get a timely response. Perhaps today you'll finally get your answer . . .

They have never treated you like you deserve. i find these big multinationals rude uncaring of staff and have no respect for anything but the dollar. Customers and employees do not count. ONly the dollar. I feel so mad for you when they treat you this way and I know that they will never change.
