My experience with remodeling and decorating has been with my own house. When I went through the process in 2010 after having bought the house, I did not forget anything. I had a clear vision and ran with it.

Yes one time the contractor I hired put cement before doing electric work. He has to turn down everything and start all over again. Wasn't fun at all.
