Re: jimmy

Wild and wacky indeed, jean, but hopefully a lot of fun for everyone! Keep smilin' . . .

Re:

Thanks for the vote of confidence, TAPS, and the approval. But I think I do much better with the 'written' word than the 'spoken' word. Like most people, I really don't like to be up in front of an audience. Perhaps I could write for someone else . . .

Did you ever try stand-up comedy with some of your material?  If not, you ought to.

Re:

If you do that, Inside, she wins! Probably better to follow Naut and Kabu's suggestion of just making soup out of her. You get to keep the house, and have a nice meal to boot . . .

Re:

There ya go, lustor! Another case to be made that sometimes animals are better companions than some people! However, it is difficult to imagine a hen with such capabilities. A chimpanzee maybe, but a hen . . . ?

Re:

When's the last time you did that, adnohr? Perhaps not too long ago, with the grandkids, although I'm sure they did most of the coloring. I honestly don't remember the last time I did any 'coloring' of anything . . .

Re: JimmyA

Gee, I hope not, Bill! It's messy enough as it is now, strewn with branches and twigs and pine cones and all! The last thing we need is a huge colony of birds ( of any breed ) to suddenly make an appearance . . .

Re:

Thanks, Justi. It was fun for me as well thinking up all those bands and performers with 'colors' in their names. I never realized how many there actually were! And does bacon go good with chicken? I don't think I've ever had that combination . . .

Re:

Quite possible, Kabu. And I can only imagine that her husband's serving was chock full of little bones!

Re: JimmyA

You liked that one, eh, Sir Wiley? Believe it or not, although I've heard of that particular book and movie, I've never read or seen it, nor do I have any idea what it's about. But it did make for a silly pun . . .

Re: Jimmy

Well, Naut, you might have thought that she would have wrung the husband's neck instead, but I doubt if he would have made very good soup . . .

Re:

I remember it well, FSI. One of my favorite comedies. I wonder what would have happened if someone decided to actually market such a doll! Hey, with all the other 'weird' stuff out there, ya never know . . .

Jimmy, maybe I should return home a day early and find the @$$=*
at my house.  I will get my paperwork signed and give her the key to the house.

Well I wondered why the wife was away so long? Was she bringing home the bacon? Oh well it seems fitting that she threw both of them out of her Hen house. The Crayola is something else. I have not thought of half of them in years. Fun!

I imagine that the Nicotine Patch Dolls were quite a sight to see. It also reminds me of the Rodney Dangerfield movie Back to School. One of his executives shows him this chubby Cabby Patch Kid and says, "We are going to sell Melon Patch kids. The competition says theirs are orphans. Ours were abandoned."
