I pretty well did this a long time ago by backing away from almost everyone in my life and the few that came wanting me, they are the ones that I know truly are in my life. I have others in my heart that I love but they are toxic behind my back so I let them alone to work their lives out as they must. I have learned that loving is sometimes letting go. This is a beautiful post.
