Please explain, what does over egg mean?  I'lol try not to do it if I know what I'm not supposed to do! ( sometimes we don't share slang across the Pond)

Well I don't mind how much you write in one dollop K. I just wonder how long you can keep it up? Please don't go and over egg things and then vanish leaving the the frustrated bloggers wondering what has happened. Our Wiley never reads past 500 words so he is just stating a fact. At least we get good value for our click reading your little gems of knowledge.

I loved this post. In fact I love your writing. If your posts become too long for me it is my fault because they are always meaty and who would want to have less. I may stop because of a time issue, or for any reason but not for lack of quality, interest or length. Keep them coming.

we are too easily convinced that all we read is the truth but I find myself digging into as much as I can to make things clear

I have been asking myself why way to often lately.

In regards to your opening lines, I recently was informed by a second Blogit member

that my posts may be too long. Both members meant well and I have much respect

for both of them. I think Blogit needs both long and short posts. You are an intelligent

 person. Good read.

Here you go again - my strings are resonating like crazy! There's so much...For now just two small points: I'm convinced we're condemned to make assumptions - its one of the conditions of sanity! And of course there is no assumptionless science either - there isn't even an assumptionless mathermatics. But then it becomes a matter of what exactly the assumptions are in any specific case...Which of course relates to the 'why' question...And here, at least in a serious discussion, I prefer to think in terms of a question formulated a bit differently: What are your (his, her) grounds for saying X? What does (he, she) have to know (believe, assume, LOL) to be able to say X and make sense?

And, in way, that question is often in my mind, even when I read a book - with the result that I often have a 'discussion' with the author! But enough for now...

So important it is to have analytical skills. You have learned very well on how to use them.
