What a cool photo...I have wondered that, too, how many people have stood at different tourist attractions before me.

I've never been to Yosemite, but it looks like a beautiful spot! Life comes full circle, I suppose . . .

Like the tide rolling in on a quiet beach the rocks go on and on. Right thinking re Grandson...those boys have just discovered they are Kings of the World. Love it.

I fully agree with adnohr and Krisles! And if he didn't know you had been in that spot while he was there, you must tell him about it! I'm sure it will add another dimension to his experience...

You can always mention it later if you want to. It is a beautiful spot
and timeless.

Good thinking Taps. never belittle an achievement. Good on you for having done the same though.

I agree with abnohr...I'm sure he inherited more than your good looks, love of adventure and nature; he surely realized all those who had stood there before and would love knowing you two had shared the same space.

I don't know - I think he would like the thought of standing where his loved grandma once stood. A kind of continuity - chip off the old block.
