You know, Kris-Sis, you are spot on here on so many levels.
One of the great trite truths I reaffirmed in my own idiotic way many moons ago was that the anticipation is much more exciting than the unwrapping. I think I discovered this when I decided I enjoyed looking at Hooter's waitresses in all their skimpy, but still concealed glory, rather than staring stupidly at some stripper, whether it be in a "high class joint or some dive.
True, each generation pushes the edge, but the problem is, I don't think there is any edge left, no place for imagination to seize the moment. There is only the blatant, in your face act of whatever it is that used to be tantalizing for its ability to make your mind stretch for the view.
I know that makes no sense whatsoever, but hey; I never claimed to be a philosopher; or even a remotely smart guy; I'm just some goofball that plays guitar and drinks more than he probably should.

Hey - here it is after all! I read this, and when I came back to look for it again I couldn't find it and thought it was gone! I clearly didn't look carefully enough! Anyway, my response to this is in 'Thoughts', even if the beginning is no longer correct...

Geez, I'm glad you didn't get too graphic there! 
But I agree. And I discovered a long time ago what people seem to feel is the most disgusting thing to bare: women's nipples! Think about it. I've seen thousands of women wearing bikini tops that exposed 95% of their breasts! But, as long as that nipple is covered, they're not considered topless! What's the point? It's beyond ridiculous out there! And those Kardashians are another group that I wish would simply go away . . . forever!

Well it is getting so weird that I sometimes think I can examine intestines just as a matter of interest. If we were all transparent we could compare the size of hearts,lungs and be interested in watching the digestive system. Probably it would be better then to be hairy.

i don't think that I am a prude but as much as I abhore the covering completely of women of Islam, so I am shamed when Granddaughters go off to meet their friends in the Mall in the skimpiest shorts and T. I like Bikinis on the beach ...although there is a limit there for me several limits actually, I like enough cover to leave one wondering, I am not actually interested in Crotch shots, male or female.
