I don't ever remember seeing lovage in a store or growing in a garden.  In fact I had to google it as I wasn't sure what it is.  Is there something that can be substituted.

It sounds wonderful. Maybe after the roads are clear again I'll run out

and pick up a fillet or two of sole.  Wonder if cod would work?

Reads very Greek and me just loves all Mediterranean cuisine, have made something pretty much like this 'cept bought the fillets as you say and cooked on the BBQ

Sounds OK., Naut, I quite like breaded sole. Alas I am a quicky cook, if you find a good omelette recipe , I keep throwing eggs out. Reminds me I have some parsley growing in pots I remember using that years since.
