Really, that is interesting, this one has almost been rebuilt. I would say only 30% mobile home now. It is on a permanent foundation.

Now that I have read this, I get a better understanding of your new post. My Father
used to be half owner of a Real Estate business. And I recall him having a problem
selling a property that had three homes on it, one was a trailer. In order for him to
sell the property as whole, he had to remove the trailer and sell it seperately.
