there are lots of very talented people with no ego to speak of at all. I think you are just wonderful how you manage to win their respect and trust. The idea of the coat of many colors interests me I have to say.

I suppose a lot of these women have strong views. Probably had to rough it in their time. This is kind of a liberation process that needs tender nursing.
