Actually found out that is not what, but who, the large cable companies are saying who and who cannot make money from providing cable.  They are charging large amounts of money to those who are willing to pay.  Not the usage charges, but just to be allowed in the club. 

I agree they are acting like Internet Mophia.  As our prices would go down if they were not doing this.

My husband works for Cox and is on the Board of Int'l standards.  From what I have heard from him is that they will not take the responsibility. 

By the way if you restrict content, then how can the government spy on us.  HaHa
