good luck to your daughter, i hope they get their money back. jury duty, the last time i was called i totally forgot to go, and i have never got another invite. lol. just as well i dont think i am suited to be a jurer. i know that you feel sorry for your husband, but maybe he doesnt mind being alone. when i am sick, i perfer to be left alone. and yes we are way to connected to our technology toys.

my daughters tax money was taken by a old school loan she had 6-8 years ago and had deferments on them

yes it was scary and if I have to go out again that early when there is frost I will be sure to bring a scraper. I was summoned to serve.

Yes, the internet can be a wonderful tool, but it is terrible to have to depend on it. I'm glad the jury duty was only a mile away, but it's a shame you have to go at all. By the way, what did happen to your daughter's tax return? Who 'swooped it up,' and why?

The early morning sun is very dazzling , I now wear sort of sun glasses that fit over my ordinary ones. It sounds a bit dangerous driving how you did. How did you get on at the jury service?

It is amazing just how dependent we are on the Internet. What is also amazing is how quickly it occurred...I wish that there was infrastructure in place so that when problems arise, tasks can still be completed.

It is a so very different World to what our Grandparents lived. Wonder if you get paid for yesterday ...and the mileage.
