My childhood home was named "Norton". The home my sons called home was named "Quincy". We've always named our cars "Old Bess". Grandma and Grandpa's house we named "Chaumiere". Fun to name houses.

I've thought about that. With the first house he was refinancing this house, and I was concerned he would take me off the deed. But now it looks like it will be primary in my name and he is only co signer. I will not release his deed until he releases mine. Then he still has to pay ins. and 401k. Or half. I second checking everything I do.

Well hopefully you will be inside. You could just call it the Purple Purse.. You would not be allowed to paint it here. You could paint the door purple.
I am sure you will have a good idea, when it finally happens. A good job you did not call yourself the Black Purse.

I like Naut's idea, I also like calling it Purple's home. I named this home after I arrived. North Camelot with Wiley's Wood.
Leaving a marriage and buying a house are two very big stresses. And re signing papers with himself, make sure he isn't cheating you of any thing...or into anything.
