i havnt made enough in the last 3 years to even file..... and that happened to my sister and her husband, she owed money and they kept her husbands tax return, but they were married when she incurred the debt.

Well, I don't count Blogit earnings I have enough trouble getting them to do my account they sent it back three times and as it takes about three months to get a reply. I have now been told pay up or get a debt collector paying a call.

i am waiting for the paperwork from Australia before I file here. I had to pay tax down under and hope I don't have to pay the same amount here. Sigh! So hard to get along, get ahead and I am sorry that you still have that big debt hanging over your head. These people never forget. Yet the really wealthy set up off shore accounts and never pay tax.

No, my wife and I haven't filed yet, but we would like to soon, just to get it over with! However, some of our paperwork is incomplete at this time, and it is a lot of work putting it all together. Taxes are complicated for everyone! I wish it was once every five years or something, instead of every year . . .

I filed my taxes a week and a half ago. Last year, I started taking my Blogit earnings monthly, and I was wondering how that would affect my refund. I did not detect anything different.
I wish your daughter well in getting that situation resolved. I cannot imagine thinking that I had four grand coming my way only to have someone swoop in and take it.
