continue to keep them crossed as we still have alot to go through to actually get appoved and accept the offer. But so far, it feels like Angels are walking with me, as I havnt seen the need to have too much credit and so on paper I look like a 20 year old college student.

The land should increase in value more than the house. It is great view and also on main street. You can see the Blueridege tourist railroad 3 x a day unless cold weather like this and over looking the little historic town and if you have a good arm you could throw a stone in the Toccoa River. At the foot of my drive is a raft and canoe/white water rental and tours.

No Beanie and Rhiley are going with me. I need to have a fence put in, also a guard rail as I would hate for some company to come and drive off the cliff. But I will be the only human living there.
