well you have my respect and admiration. It is really a tough call to reteach someone how to sing when they thought that they were the bees knees of singers. Well done and the quior is going to be so much better for all your hard work. And that is really hard work.

Jimmy, yes, I've learned how to be patient, but I also am realistic. I know it will take months to get her to make drastic improvements. About the voice---I so agree. I prefer face to face for confrontation. With texting one can too easily forget that they're talking to a person.

There are exercises? For the larynx?? I believe in exercises (one of the few things I believe in, even if I don't do enough of 'em, LOL!) You see, I sing in the shower, and sometimes in my car - and hey, with proper exercises I might yet discover myself...
