Re: Re: kabu

I agree i have good memories from my first marriage. We didn't part with hate...we just wanted different lives and the marriage died of exhaustion I always say...but we had two beautiful boys and some great family times.

All the joys and sorrows are bound together--

I think if we could go back and fix the ones we don't like to remember, we'd lose the ones we treasure, as well.

Jean

All lives are filled with 'what ifs' - it's simply part of the human condition...The trick is to make the best of what we have - and you're obviously doing that...

Re: cct

mmmmmmm, well maybe we can either be loved or free, maybe we can be loved and free, seems to me that when you are loved part of that is allowing the loved to be free.  lucky people.  i use to be able to ride bare back, now i doubt i could sit a horse. lol.  my spirit is in a good place and that is as good as it gets.

I guess you just need a horse now Jean. I guess we all have regrets. The human spirit is not easily trodden on for ever. You deserved better, but really unless loved, freedom is sweet. Only one has to get used to it, if loved that is a different matter.

Go girl...if I ever inspire you, you inspire me.

I can understand that tear in the corner of the eye. The Father of my sons...after we wereparted I had a moment of anguish and thought to myself, If I could just sit on his lap once more....then I thought Hang On girl....he was never in nearly 20 years there for you ever when you needed him...as for the second one, I was glad when he wasn't there. LOL

I have had a nice day painting my rocks today. xx
