Re: Re: Kabu,
Bless your heart. I went through that with my dog about a year ago. It was as horrible and helpless feeling as if it were one of your human children.

Re: adnohr,
I know you know this better than most, you have been through such a time of hard losses... though they all have been most fortunate to have had you as their guide and companion on their walks to the Rainbow Bridge.

Re: CCT,
there comes a time we can only let nature take its course... We can't always help, even though it is a great sadness to be unable to help.
Violetta is 15 now. Not a bad age for a cat to attain, but I've heard of some reaching 18, even 20. She is the oldest I've had.

The cat health-supplement sounds like a great idea.

Re: Re: Kabu,
That's the trouble with cats...difficult to see but she would be pawing at her mouth if she had an abscess. Keep the wet food up to her and ensure that she drinks her 300 ml of water a day.

Good to know Ms. Scampercat is doing better! Let's hope the main problem was merely a bout of feline finickiness...

Mother nursed little Inky back to health after she'd been hit by a car
by feeding her tiny bits of chopped raw liver after she refused all else. Don't know if Violetta would like raw liver, but Mama used to say it had the primary essentials for life.

Glad to hear she is feeling better. It's so upsetting when our babies are hurting.

I don't like it when an animal does not want to eat. I must say I even tried mine on baby food to no avail. How old is your Pet Ciel? Nice name. I always have called mine Bonny.
I know it feels miserable, when they are poorly.

Re: Kabu,
I can't see anything particularly wrong with her teeth. She doesn't much like me trying to see them, though.
