I liked the real stuff for years. When I quite the booze I drank 7-8 cups a day. Now it's the instant, I could never stomach the de-caf. Have a good weekend love.

I hear ya! I love my coffee too! I honestly don't recall when I may have first started drinking it, but I definitely can't stop now! I'm usually good for at least two cups a day ( once in a blue moon three, but never more than that!). And I too have suffered through those caffeine-withdrawal headaches! Never pleasant . . .

I still really prefer tea Pat mostly decaf but one has to search for a good brand, I take normal tea at times and a cup of coffee also. Milk preferably goats no sugar. No I don't like those green teas beloved of Naut. I think he only drinks that to hold his pinky out. Some one sent me a mixture of teas from USA. Gawd if you drink stuff like that no wonder you like coffee.

you could donate that K thing to the crowd at the Senior Center
and be rid of it that much sooner.
I tried the K stuff once... mocha, I believe. It was not... great.

Have you ever tried an Italian stove-top espresso pot? I use a 2-cupper, but they come in larger sizes as well! I buy whole beans (I use a dark espresso roast, but there are zillions of varieties)) and grind them myself, (extra fine grind). Superb!
Oh, and I drink tea as well, green Chinese or Japanese varieties, sometimes even from dainty porcelain cups, with extended pinky, LOL...

I love coffee posts because coffee has been a major part of my life. Wonderful stuff in many ways. I can do without it if I have to, but i would rather not.
